How the free trial works

Every service has a free trial with full access.

• Silo: 7 days.
• Plex and Emby: 24 hours.
• A card is needed up front for every trial. PayPal also works for Silo, but Plex and Emby trials are card only.
• We take the first month automatically when the trial ends.
• Cancel before then from your dashboard and you pay nothing.
• If the first payment does not go through, the trial ends straight away.
• Silo has one trial per customer. Plex and Emby share one trial per customer.

A Plex or Emby trial is not available if the card, the Plex or Emby account, the email address or the connection has already been used for a trial. You can still subscribe at the full price.
