Forgot your password
- Go to feardubin.com/forgot-password (opens in a new tab) and enter your email.
- We email you a link. It works for 1 hour and can be used once.
- Open it and choose a new password.
You can ask for a reset up to 3 times an hour. We show the same message whether or not an account exists for that email, so check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
If that did not work, contact us and tell us: which service you have (Plex, Emby, Silo or AppBox), which device and app you are using, what the screen says (the exact words), and when it happened. See Contact us.
