You can cancel yourself. You do not need to open a ticket or message anyone.
- Sign in at feardubin.com/sign-in (opens in a new tab). Your dashboard lists your services.
- Click the card for the service. At the bottom of the card it says Options.
- Choose Cancel this service.
- You are asked Why are you cancelling? Pick the closest reason. If you have not talked to support yet, we show you how, in case we can fix the problem. Choose I'd still like to cancel to carry on.
- Press the cancel button. It says Cancel and the name of the service. On a longer plan it says Cancel and the name, and keep access until a date.
What happens next
- Monthly plans end straight away. Your access is removed.
- Plans of 3, 6 or 12 months keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The date is on the button and on the screen after. We do not refund a period you have already paid for on these longer plans.
- Your billing stops when you cancel. You will not be charged again. The screen says: "Your billing has stopped and you will not be charged again."
- You get an email confirming the cancellation.
What stops for each service
- Silo: your Silo account is switched off, so you cannot sign in. We cannot promise to keep your profiles or watch history.
- Plex: we remove your access to our server. Your own Plex account is not affected.
- Emby: we switch off your access on our server. Your own Emby Connect account is not affected.
If that did not work, contact us and tell us: which service you have (Plex, Emby, Silo or AppBox), which device and app you are using, what the screen says (the exact words), and when it happened. See Contact us.
