Change your Plex or Emby email
Move your access to a different email address.

- Open your dashboard, click the service, and choose Options.
- Choose Change Plex account email or Change Emby Connect email.
- Enter the new address and confirm it.
We move your access to the new address and remove it from the old one. If we cannot remove the old access, we stop and nothing changes.
We also email both addresses, so you will know straight away if someone else makes a change. The email to the old address shows the new address with some letters hidden. If you did not make a change, contact us straight away.
