How to pay
Pay by card or PayPal, at checkout or with the Pay now button.

We take card and PayPal.
When you first order
Choose card or PayPal at checkout. If you have account credit, tick Pay with account credit.
When a payment is due or did not go through
- Use the Pay now button in our email. It opens a page made only for you. See The pay link, and is it safe?.
- Or sign in and use Pay now on your dashboard.
On the pay page the buttons say Pay [amount] and save my card for automatic billing, Just pay once by card and Pay [amount] with PayPal. The amount shown is what you owe, for example Pay £9.99 with PayPal. See Saving your card or paying once.
If that did not work, contact us and tell us: which service you have (Plex, Emby, Silo or AppBox), which device and app you are using, what the screen says (the exact words), and when it happened. See Contact us.
