Referrals

Share your link from the Referrals page.

• A friend who signs up through it is linked to you.
• When they pay for their first month, you get one month free on your own plan. It is once for each friend who is new to Plextreme.
• If you pay by card (Stripe), your next payment is simply taken off, so you pay nothing on your next due date.
• If you pay another way (PayPal, bank), the month is added to your account credit. Credit is only for your Plextreme subscriptions (new orders and renewals) and cannot be paid out as cash.
• If your friend's first payment is refunded, the free month is taken back.

Partner mode (reseller programme). If you bring a lot of customers to Plextreme, you can switch on partner mode at the bottom of the Referrals page. Instead of free months, a partner earns a monthly share for every customer they bring who stays subscribed. Only partners can ask for earnings to be paid out, after a hold period. Partner mode only counts customers who sign up through your link after you switch it on. Friends who joined through your link before that are normal referrals: they earn you a free month when they pay for their first month, and they are not counted for partner pay. You can switch partner mode off at any time from the same place.
