Get started with Plex
Accept your Plex invite and find our libraries.

You need a free Plex account. Use the same email you gave us when you ordered.
- After you pay, Plex sends an invite to that email. Open the email from Plex, or sign in at plex.tv or in any Plex app and look for the invite there.
- Accept the invite.
- Install the Plex app on your device and sign in with the same Plex account.
- Close and reopen the Plex app. Our libraries appear in your list.
- Pick something and press play.
No invite?
- Check your spam folder.
- Click the service on your dashboard, choose Options, then Resend invite / fix access. You can do this twice a day.
- Check the email on the service is the one your Plex account uses. You can change it from the same menu. See Change your Plex or Emby email.
