How do i cancel?
Sign in, click your service, choose Options, then Cancel this service. Monthly plans end straight away. Longer plans keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

How do i change my email?
Click the service on your dashboard, choose Options, then Change Plex account email or Change Emby Connect email. We email both addresses when it changes.
