Get started with Silo

Sign in to Silo in your web browser, then pick an app if you want one.

Silo is built on the open source Silo Server software, which we run. If something does not work, tell us.

Go to the Silo address from your welcome email or dashboard.
Sign in with the username and password you chose at checkout.
Make a profile for yourself, and one for anyone else at home. Each person can have their own profile.
Pick something and press play.

The Silo apps are made by the Silo project, not by Plextreme. Pick your device:

Not sure you need an app? You can use Silo in any web browser with no install.

What you get (settings checked on 5 October 2026)

Up to 5 profiles each.
Content requests are switched on.
Downloads are allowed and there is no limit on picture quality.
Your plan includes the number of streams you chose when you ordered.
