I paid but it does not work?
Check your email for the invite from Plex or Emby, and your spam folder. Or open your dashboard, click the service, choose Options, then Resend invite / fix access. Silo needs no invite: sign in at the Silo address from your welcome email or dashboard.

I forgot my password?

Is there a free trial?
Every service has a free trial: 7 days for Silo and 24 hours for Plex and Emby. A card is needed up front (PayPal also works for Silo). Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
