Add our server in the Jellyfin app
Open the Jellyfin app and add a server. Your server address and login are in your welcome email and on your dashboard.

Jellyfin shares questions
Is this a Jellyfin server?
No. Silo is our own media server. It understands the Jellyfin app, so the app can sign in to it and play from our library, but it is not Jellyfin, and the Silo apps are the full experience.
Which Jellyfin apps work?
We have confirmed the Jellyfin app on Samsung TVs. Other Jellyfin apps sign in the same way, with the server address from your welcome email. Jellyfin support is new, so if an app will not connect, tell us on Discord and we will look at it.
What does not work in the Jellyfin app?
Downloading subtitles from inside the Jellyfin app. Subtitles that are already on a title work, and the Silo app can download more. Profiles and requests are also Silo app features.
How much is it?
It is our Silo plan: £9.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, with 2 streams at once. Extra streams are £2.50 a month each, up to 5. No contract.
How does the free trial work?
You add a payment method when you start (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). Nothing is charged for 7 days, then the first £9.99 is taken. Cancel from your dashboard before then and you pay nothing.
