What are Silo shares?
A Silo share is a Plextreme membership that you watch through Silo, our own app and web player. It is the same £9.99 price as our Plex and Emby plans, with profiles, requests and recommendations built in.
How much does Silo cost?
£9.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, including 2 streams at once. Extra streams are £2.50 a month each, up to 5 streams. No contract.
How does the free trial work?
You add a payment method when you start (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal). Nothing is charged for 7 days, then the first £9.99 is taken. Cancel from your dashboard before then and you pay nothing.
What can I watch Silo on?
Any web browser, plus apps for iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, Mac, Android phones and tablets, Android TV and Google TV, and Fire TV.
What quality is it? Is it really remux?
Over 35,000 of our films are full Blu-ray remuxes, untouched copies of the disc with lossless TrueHD Atmos or DTS-HD audio, and nearly 15,000 are in 4K. That is included as standard, with no quality add-ons. You will see the difference most on a big 4K HDR TV with a good sound system; on a phone it looks much like any other service.
Can I use Silo in the Jellyfin app?
Yes. Silo works with Jellyfin apps, which helps on TVs without a Silo app, such as Samsung. After you join, your server address and login are in your welcome email and on your dashboard.
Will it be fast for me?

What if a film or show I want is missing?
Request it inside the Silo app. Requested titles are added to the library for everyone.
How do I cancel?
Yourself, from your dashboard: open the service, choose Options, then Cancel this service. Billing stops straight away and there is no contract or minimum term.
Can my family use one Silo membership?
Yes. Silo gives each person their own profile, up to 5, and every plan includes 2 streams at once. Add streams if more of you watch together.
